Shabbos at Seminary
Shabbosim
Shabbosim at Chaya Mushka Seminary are thoughtfully designed to offer a range of enriching experiences, with the goal of deepening each student's appreciation and love for Shabbos.
In-Shabbosim
Community gatherings within the seminary, hosting guest families and guest speakers in intimate, warm settings. A chance to build deep connections and experience the beauty of Shabbos together.
Shabbatons
Full seminary trips to beautiful locations throughout Canada. Includes annual achdus weekends and mother-daughter Shabbatons filled with singing, learning, and unforgettable memories.
Off-Shabbosim
Students are hosted by local families to experience Jewish values and traditions through direct immersion — seeing firsthand what it means to build a warm Jewish home.

Student Committees
Student-led committees empower girls to take charge of organizing events and programs throughout the year — from holiday celebrations to themed Shabbatons and everything in between.
Peer Teaching
Students prepare and deliver lessons to their classmates, developing communication skills, confidence, and a deeper connection to the material they're sharing.
Farbrengens
Weekly Thursday evening gatherings featuring guest speakers, faculty, and community leaders. These intimate sessions address spiritual growth, personal development, and the power of connection.
Chessed Program
Weekly opportunities to develop compassion and community engagement through hands-on acts of kindness and charitable work. Students visit, support, and uplift those around them.
